1099 · Fully remote · Commission only
Strike Force finds where service businesses are losing money, then installs the fix. We bring you warm, pre-qualified owners and a live demo that sells itself. You run the conversation and sign the deal.
You get paid three ways on every client: a commission when they buy their Success Blueprint, a commission on the setup fee when the system goes in, and a share of what they pay every month — for as long as they stay. Sign a couple a month and your monthly check keeps climbing.

We serve owner-run service businesses doing roughly $1M to $20M a year. The first thing they buy is the SFA Success Blueprint — a paid plan that shows the owner exactly where their business is losing money and time.
After the Blueprint, Strike Force builds and installs the AI systems that fix it. That install is where the real money is — for the client, and for you. You collect on the install and on every month they keep it running.
The money
Most sales jobs pay you once. Here, one client pays you three times over — and the third one never stops. The exact percentages are set in your contractor agreement.
PAY 1 · ON THE BLUEPRINT
On close
A percentage of the Blueprint fee, the day the client buys it.
PAY 2 · ON THE INSTALL
On install
A percentage of the setup fee when they buy the system. Bigger builds pay more.
PAY 3 · EVERY MONTH
Every month
A share of what they pay every month — for as long as they stay. This is the one that stacks.
+ Pay 4 · Upsells. Existing clients keep buying. When you spot an expansion and pitch it, that is a new deal at your tier. And when one of your clients adds a tool on their own through their dashboard, it comes right back to you and pays at your normal rate on the new money — your Tier A account stays Tier A. Either way, more setup and more monthly on top of what you already earn. See exactly how every dollar is paid →
The monthly share never resets. It piles up with every client you keep, so your income is not just what you closed this month — it is every client still with us from every month before. Reps who keep their book see their floor rise on its own, without closing anything new.
We deliberately do not publish an income projection. We used to show a twelve-month chart here. It rested on assumptions — how many you close, how big they are, how long they stay — and our prices move, so a chart like that quietly turns into a promise we never made. What you earn depends on what you sell and what those clients actually pay us. You will get the real rates in writing during the interview, and nothing on this page is an offer of employment or a guarantee of earnings.
What one install pays
Your commission is a percentage of what the client actually pays — so a larger install pays you more on close, and more every month after it. Installs range from a single workflow to a system that runs a whole department, and the spread between the smallest and the largest is wide.
You also earn on every Success Blueprint you close, and the monthly is paid to you for as long as the client stays. That is the part that compounds: the book you build in your first year is still paying you in your second.
We do not print earnings figures here. Install prices, monthly amounts and commission rates are set in the contractor agreement and they move as our pricing moves. An example table on a public page goes stale quietly, and we would rather tell you nothing than tell you a number you might plan your year around. You get the current figures in writing during the interview, before you commit to anything.
Three ways to earn
Default · what most reps run
A commission on setup at close, plus a share of the monthly fee every month they stay.
THE FLOW
We hand you a warm lead and a booked demo → you run the demo and close the Blueprint → we build and install the system → you collect on the Blueprint, the install, and every month after.
Exact rates are set in your contractor agreement
Paid monthly by ACH. A refund or chargeback reverses the matching commission. You are a 1099 independent contractor — set your own hours, no exclusivity required. Full terms are in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
